FixFone.in Repair Warranty Policy
FixFone.in offers a 90-day warranty on mobile screens repaired or replaced by us from the date of invoice. Additionally, we provide a 90-day warranty on other spare parts that we replace.
We assure you that FixFone.in maintains high standards in the products and services offered on our website to customers. In case of any breach of this warranty, our experts will address customer concerns or queries. However, FixFone.in is not responsible for any refund-related issues. If any failures occur with our products or services, they will be investigated and resolved based on the terms and solutions available under the given circumstances.
We disclaim any and all warranties, including performance warranties for a particular purpose and non-infringement warranties. FixFone.in does not guarantee that its website services will always meet user expectations, be uninterrupted, efficient, secure, or error-free. We do not permit any obstructive use or exploitation of our products and services. Since some laws and regulations restrict or prohibit the exclusion of warranties or liability, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Service & Visit Charges A minimum service/visit charge of Rs. 299/- is applicable if repair is denied, the job is incomplete, or the estimated cost is not approved.
Replacement of Faulty Parts Faulty parts replaced during the repair service must be handed over to our technician. Failure to do so will void the warranty.

Conditions Where FixFone.in Warranty Does Not Apply:
- Blank screen, any type of lines, any type of spots, and reflector screen issues are not covered under warranty.
- Accidental damage of any kind is not covered. The warranty is invalid in such cases.
- Display problems that arise without user intervention, including visible lines and blank screens.
- Significant visible damage that may have harmed internal components, leading to system issues.
- Mishandling that causes bending, twisting, or breaking of the frame.
- Repeated mistreatment of the screen, such as excessive force, which may lead to discoloration or lines on display.
- Subsequent drops, intentional or accidental.
- Water damage to the device.
- Internal hardware tampering or modifications.
- Damage caused by attempted self-repairs.
- Issues related to software and not the repair.
- Jailbroken devices.
- Any issues unrelated to the original repair.
- Any data loss resulting from the repair. (Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before the repair service.)
- If the device is transferred or sold to another user, the second-hand user will not be entitled to the warranty.
- Warranty on batteries is NOT valid in cases of excessive charging, battery swelling, overnight charging, or the use of non-OEM charging cables/adapters.
How to Claim Your Warranty? To avail the warranty, the customer must send a short video and photos of the phone, highlighting the problem, along with the invoice to the company’s email at bookings@fixfone.in. Once the necessary details are provided, the warranty will be processed if all conditions are met.
FixFone.in provides a warranty only on repairs performed by us. The warranty period is mentioned in your invoice and depends on the type of parts used.
Our team typically resolves warranty-related issues within 24 to 72 hours from the time a query is submitted. You will receive a response via email, and we will address the issue as soon as possible.
Warranty claims are applicable only in company serviceable territories.
Important Note: Customers are advised to back up all their data before repair to prevent any potential data loss.
What If I Change My Mind After Scheduling an Appointment? You can reschedule your booking at any time. Please inform us of your preferred time and location at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment, and we will adjust your repair request accordingly. If you wish to cancel your request, a visit charge of Rs. 399 will be applicable.
What Does the Warranty Cover? We provide a 90-day warranty on spare part replacements. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include damages caused by manual intervention.
Important Note: The warranty is only applicable to the specific parts repaired or replaced. For instance, if the phone screen is replaced, the warranty applies only to the screen and not to any other parts of the device.
