Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. How Fix Fones operates:
Fix Fones provides on-site mobile repair services at your convenience. We offer pick-up services where our field executive collects and delivers the phone after repair. To book an appointment, visit our website fixfones.in or place a service request through our website. Our customer service executive will confirm the order, scheduling the service at your preferred location and time.

Warranty:
Fix Fones offers a six-month warranty on screen repairs/replacements for Redmi, Oppo, Vivo, and other mobile brands from the invoice date. Additionally, a three-month warranty is provided for all other replaced spare parts.
Six-Month Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers malfunctioning or non-functional screens/LCDs, display issues, and one-time screen replacement due to accidental damage, if claimed within one month from the invoice date. Any issues caused by the replaced screen are eligible for a new screen replacement with continued six-month warranty coverage.
Warranty Terms:
The warranty is specific to the repaired device and the original customer. It isn’t transferable across devices or subsequent owners. The device must switch on and function normally, excluding the screen, to process a claim.
Claiming Warranty:
To claim your warranty, email support@fixfones.com with service details and the repair invoice.
Resolution Time:
Fix Fones aims to resolve warranty-related queries within 48 to 72 hours from receiving the query acknowledgment via email.
Warranty Limitations:
The warranty covers the parts or services paid for, including labor costs if repairs were part of the service. However, it does not apply to accidental damage, specific display issues, excessive damage, mishandling, water damage, tampering, or new damages unrelated to the original repair.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
This includes water or physical damage, internal hardware damage, and outcomes of repairs if pre-existing conditions like frame damage, water damage, jailbroken devices, or tampering existed before the repair.
Payment Options:
Payment can be made via cash, Paytm, Google Pay, Phone Pe, or online after the repair. Note: Online payments through the payment gateway will incur an additional 2.5% charge.
Return of Faulty Parts:
To avail warranty, the replaced faulty parts must be submitted to our technician after the repair/service; otherwise, warranty coverage will not apply.
Service/Visit Charges:
A minimum service/visit charge of Rs. 499/- applies in case of repair denial, incomplete jobs, or unapproved estimated costs.
